We currently do not offer returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at misunderstoodexclusivegarments@gmail.com and our order processing team will get back to you. Please do not send us direct messages via Instagram.

Please note that shipping fees outside Europe do not include any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied when the parcel arrives in your destination country. Duty amounts vary depending on the value of the goods, their composition, and their country of manufacture.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to refuse the parcel, your order will not be refunded.
